Silverwood Elementary school

Silverwood Elementary School launched their Walk N Roll Wednesday program in December 2024. Although a rainy start, they had more than 230 students participate on the first Walk N Roll day and continue to average 200 students walking and rolling every Wednesday. They've also increased their bike population from 6 bikes to an average of 16 bikes and scooters every day, and 48 on Wednesdays! Silverwood’s commitment to active transportation is proof that small steps make a big impact!
