What is Bike Family Fest?

Bike Family Fest is a super FUN and FREE community-wide event to encourage and support kids who want to BICYCLE! Bring the whole family to ride bikes, learn to ride bikes, and build skills around bicycling.

Presented by the Contra Costa Transportation Authority

Build Skills & Have Bike Fun

The BFF has two goals: to educate and build skills around bicycling in our community for those who already bike and for those who have never biked before.

Let’s have the best day on bikes we can imagine.

This epic event is geared to families with 2- to 11-year-olds and open to all! We’ve partnered with our BFFs to bring you the most helpful and fun day on bikes we can imagine!  We want to see kids biking our obstacle courses, learning how to get around safely on their bikes, getting their bikes tuned up, and having a blast with their community.
